 * Tips for improving effectiveness while dealing with customers and suppliers
in written mode.

module, which highlights
 their originality in writing.

# The Recipient: The Participants will understand the importance of writing for
a specific reader. They
 will be able to construct and vary sentences for optimum impact.

# Concise Writing: This course reinforces the importance of composing clear and
concise professional
 messages.

# The Common Problems: The Participants will be made aware of the most common
business writing mistakes
 and guidance on how to avoid them will also be provided.

Session - 4:

# Email Etiquette: The Participants learn the skills necessary to communicate
effectively,
 professionally, and persuasively to a wide variety of workplace audiences
through impressive emails.

# The Art of writing a "No": An insight into communicating a  No
effectively.
